HEUDIASYC

Created in 1981, the Heudiasyc laboratory (which stands for HEUristics and DIAgnostics of Complex Systems) is a joint research unit between the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). Heudiasyc operates in the field of Information and Communication Sciences and Technologies, namely computer science, automation, robotics, decision and image.
Heudiasyc’s activity is based on the synergy between fundamental and  applied research, in order to tackle societies major challenges: security, mobility/transportation, environment and health, in close collaboration with industrial partners. Several platforms and demonstrators, developed within the laboratory, illustrate this desire to confront fundamental research with the complexity of real applications.
